From July 24th to 25th, 2025, an industry event was grandly held in Dandong Top Electronics Instrument (Group) Co., Ltd. Nearly 30 experts from domestic institutions such as Beijing Institute of Instrumentation and Control Technology, China University of Petroleum, Tsinghua University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China Electronics No.10 Institute, Southwest Jiaotong University, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, CRRC, Siemens, Weichai Power, etc., who have been deeply engaged in the “predictive maintenance, fault diagnosis” field, gathered here to jointly participate in the 4 national standard drafting working group meetings organized by the Mechanical Industry Instrumentation and Telecommunication Comprehensive Technology and Economic Research Institute.
During the working group meetings, various agendas were carried out in an orderly manner. Doctor Wen Jia from China Electronics No.10 Institute presided over the discussion on the review opinions and handling of the “Intelligent Service, Predictive Maintenance Data Definition and Interface” standard, providing professional and in-depth discussion directions for the improvement of this standard; Professor Yang Bin from Xi’an Jiaotong University detailed the content of the “Intelligent Service, Predictive Maintenance Distributed System Architecture” standard and presided over the discussion, triggering experts’ in-depth thinking on the application of distributed system architecture in predictive maintenance; Doctor Wang Kai from Beijing Institute of Instrumentation and Control Technology presided over the introduction and discussion of the “Intelligent Service, Predictive Maintenance Monitoring and Coordination Requirements” and “Intelligent Service, Predictive Maintenance Safety Risk Assessment Method” standard drafts. After two days of intense and passionate discussions, all the content that needed to be discussed for the various standards reached consensus, and the next steps of work tasks were clearly assigned. This was not only a summary of the previous work but also laid a solid foundation for the smooth formulation of subsequent standards.
During the meeting, the experts also visited the factory of DDTOP Group. The efficient operation of the automated welding production line and the automated assembly production line demonstrated the advanced manufacturing capabilities of DDTOP Group; The orderly operation of information systems such as ERP, MES, PDM, 3D warehouse, and CRM showcased the outstanding achievements of DDTOP Group in information management. The experts highly praised the factory management of DDTOP Group, considering it to be fully reaching the advanced-level factory standard, and put forward positive improvement suggestions, encouraging DDTOP Group to continue advancing towards the excellent-level factory. This was not only recognition of DDTOP Group’s current achievements but also an earnest expectation for future development.
